Shipping Information

All MJS Jewellery orders are tracked during transit and require a signature upon delivery. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or text with your tracking number and delivery method.

Australian Orders (FREE Shipping)

Select “In-store pick up” at checkout to collect your order from our Studio:

We’ll notify you via email or text when your item is ready.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking and signature. Some orders may be sent via courier at our discretion. You’ll be notified of the shipping method once your order is ready.

Worldwide Orders ($50 Flat rate)

International orders are shipped via Express Post and typically arrive within 2–4 business days (metro areas). Signature on delivery is required.

Some orders may be sent via FedEx or another courier at our discretion. You’ll receive tracking details via email or text once dispatched.

Note: International purchases are exempt from Australian taxes at checkout. Prices do not include overseas customs duties or taxes.

• MJS Jewellery is not responsible for incorrectly entered or unrecognised addresses.
• We cannot change delivery addresses after dispatch.
• We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered unless the item is returned.
• Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We’ll attempt to confirm your address via email or text before dispatch.
