MJS Jewellery announces the launch of its latest signature piece, Mahenge Lumière —a poetic tribute to one of the world’s most captivating gemstones: the vivid pink spinel from Tanzania’s Mahenge region. 

This collector's piece features a 5.17ct Mahenge Pink Spinel in a trilliant cut crafted in house by goldsmith and artisan Matthew. This rare gem is a once in a lifetime find and is to be treasured. 

In designing the ring, Matthew exercised thoughtful restraint, permitting the renowned Mahenge glow to shine brightly. Choosing sophistication over excess, he resisted the urge to embellish the gem with distractions. Instead, his subtle craftsmanship encourages the viewer to pause and appreciate the spinel's exceptional beauty in its most authentic state. The creation was named Lumière de Mahenge—a luminous tribute to the inner light of the gemstone.

Gemstone: 5.17ct triangular cut bright reddish pink transparent Natural Spinel ( GSL certified) and.55ct of natural Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds (F VS)
